KESIMPULAN


1.      Tingakan alpha yaitu sebesar 0,05
2.      Uji validitas kuesioner sebesar 100% dinyatakan valid dan Reliabel.
3.      Pada uji Variables Entered tidak diperlukan adanya variabel yang diganti.
4.      R  Square sebesar 0,309
5.      Uji F tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,107.
Pada variabel kompetensi, motivasi dan komitmen secara simultan berpengaruh tidak signifikan.
6.      Uji T pada variabel kompetensi tingkat signifikan nya sebesar 0,109 kemudian variabel motivasi yaitu 0,982 dan variabel komitmen 0,052, maka komitmen berpengaruh secara positif tetapi tidak signifikan, kompetensi dan motivasi tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan.
